I purchased this toy for my 4 year old nephew after having seen it on an episode of John and Kate Plus Eight. It’s a Christmas present so I haven’t given it to him yet, therefore I am unable to rate the “fun” factor. The toy looks well made and durable. The material that it is made out of is like really dense Nerf foam so it can be used indoors. My only issue with this purchase is that one corner of the toy’s box was crushed in shipping. It didn’t damage the toy, but it does subtract from the overall presentation of a gift. Amazon usually packs quite well, so maybe my experience is just an unfortunate fluke.

Toy R Us store rep (40 mile round trip for me) claimed to have never heard of this product. He even said it was old and out of production; however, I knew it was a recent product placement on “Jon and Kate +8″ and knew it was current. So, thanks to Amazon and on-line shopping, I was able to locate and purchase two cars with no more driving cross-country and no more failed buying trips. The cars themselves – don’t know yet, the preschoolers (my grandsons) will be the deciders. But I do know that “Jon” and his 3 sons just loved the cars and were competing for time to play with them.

There are 2 pictures of this with purple wheels, and 2 pics with black wheels, so I was not sure what they would send, since there was no option to choose a color. So I am just letting you know it is the one with black wheels. Its a cute car for my 3 year old, its a Christmas present, so he hasnt played with it yet, but after seeing the commercial, he got so excited about it, Im sure he will love it!

Very disappointing. Don’t buy. Our son was so excited when his Grandmother gave him this for his birthday, but it only works when the wheels have no weight on them. Hold it in the air, it works, put it on carpet, tile, or hardwood and it just sits there. A Big Disappointment for our son.
